The Saudi Green Building Alliance (SGBA) is the official Green Building Council (GBC) representing the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia within the World Green Building Council (WorldGBC). SGBA is a national, non-profit organization dedicated to advancing green buildings, sustainable communities, and climate-resilient development across the Kingdom.
Aligned with Saudi Vision 2030 and the Kingdom’s environmental and climate ambitions, SGBA brings together government entities, developers, consultants, contractors, academia, technology providers, and sustainability professionals to accelerate the transition toward a sustainable, low-carbon built environment.
SGBA works to promote best practices, strengthen professional capacity, support the development of policies and standards, encourage innovation, and facilitate collaboration across the building and construction sector.
Through strategic partnerships, professional programs, technical initiatives, research, advocacy, and knowledge exchange, SGBA aims to transform sustainability commitments into measurable action while strengthening Saudi Arabia’s representation and leadership within the global green building movement.
